One of the challenges was to make sure that every guest felt special and that every sponsor was recognized at each of the events. TTM Events created six theme meetings/meals incorporating company logos, colours and theme decor as well as entertainment and activities.
The conference began as TTM Events had every guest picked up a the airport in antique cars and transported them to the Delta Grand Okanagan. A Feast of Bacchus wine tasting evening was first on their itinerary; guests walked into the transformed ballroom through a real grape vineyard, had wine served and listened to Roman trumpeters announce the arrival of the company President. Live music and great food followed through the rest of the evening.
Day 2 began with a bus trip to an offsite Western Theme Party and guests were surprised by a bus robbery and kidnapping by stunt movie cowboys on horseback. Guests participated in ranch activities through the day, family style dining for dinner and proceeded with gambling and good times, line dancing lessons and ended with a great barn dance.
On the final day, TTM Events organized golf, water and spousal activities during the day's meetings. The culmination was a Cotton Club Gala where guests had costumes fitted, hair and makeup done and were transported to the 20s. TTM Events transformed the ballroom into a Swingin' Night Club with tall feather centrepieces, celebrity memorabilia, specialty lighting and dining suitable for the Red Carpet! Big Band Swing, professional dancers and actors brought the entertainment to new levels for everyone to enjoy.
