The theme was based on a giant wall mural of a boy jumping from a dock into Okanagan Lake. Taking over for another event company that abandoned the project, we had only 5 days to do this miracle makeover! TTM Events built docking to match up to the poster and connected it to the room, bringing in real turf and landscaping materials. Trees and bushes were added and outlined the brick. Trucks of beach sand were brought in where guests could sit in a 'lakeside' chair or walk on the fresh grass while admiring the scale model of the proposed Cove Resort Condominiums. Clients crossed the outdoor setting to a tiled patio, then through the beach cabana to the sales centre on the other side where they received gift bags and had the opportunity to choose and decorate newly purchased units.
The result was overwhelming and a record breaking day according to the owners who credited at least 10% of the sales that day to the WOW factor created by TTM Events.
